Stephen joined LLS in 2020 after most recently serving as advisor, Board Member and CFO of Litigation Capital Management Limited. Prior to this, Stephen had a 25 year career in financial markets specialising in risk management, capital and strategy working for global investment banks in Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore. Stephen holds a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University together with a post graduate in Applied Finance and Investments from the Securities Institute of Australia, a B.Ec from the University of Newcastle and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Lisa holds a bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University and a Diploma of Law and was admitted to practice as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1998. Lisa was employed as an Associate Solicitor at Kemp Strang Lawyers, Sydney where she acted for both plaintiffs and defendants in a range of insolvency and general commercial litigation matters. Since joining Litigation Lending in 2006, Lisa has managed the funding of a significant number of legal proceedings, varying in size and complexity, achieving successful outcomes for her funded clients.

Kim holds a BA/LLB from UNSW. Prior to joining Litigation Lending in 2009, Kim worked for approximately ten years in insurance litigation, both on the plaintiff and defendant side.

Kim’s specialised areas of claim assessment and management are class actions, commercial disputes, insurance claims and intellectual property. Kim also acts as Company Secretary for the Association of Litigation Funders of Australia.

Manit holds a combined Business (Finance) and Law degree from the University of Technology Sydney and has completed her Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association’s Advanced Certification.  Manit started her career with Deloitte’s Restructuring Services Group before becoming admitted as a solicitor in 2013.  She then worked in private legal practice, specialising in commercial litigation and insolvency, before joining Litigation Lending in 2019.  Manit has particular experience acting for insolvency practitioners, individuals and companies in actions concerning breaches of duty and voidable transactions under the Corporations Act, as well as general contractual disputes.

Siobhan has over 10 years’ experience in the conduct and management of civil litigation. Having worked in both private practice and for an international insurer, she has handled complex, multi-party and high-value litigation for a range of listed companies, government agencies and other professional services firms. Siobhan joined LLS in 2019, and is a graduate of the University of Sydney, holding degrees in Laws (Hons) and Economics (Social Sciences). She has particular experience in professional negligence actions and indemnity disputes.

Cameron holds both Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) and Bachelor of International Hotel and Tourism Management (Hons.) degrees from the University of Queensland.  Cameron was admitted to the legal profession in 2013 and has extensive experience from roles in both private practice, most recently as Senior Associate with Clayton Utz, and as in-house counsel for a large private health insurer.  Commencing with Litigation Lending in 2021, Cameron has specialist knowledge and experience in commercial litigation and insolvency matters.  Cameron has particular experience acting for insolvency practitioners, individuals and companies in contentious matters, including breaches of duty, voidable transactions as well as contractual, consumer protection and real property disputes.

Jeff is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of professional services and corporate experience across Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.  Prior to joining Litigation Lending Jeff had a long and varied career with a big 4 professional services firm culminating in over 10 years as an audit and advisory partner specialising in the financial services sector, followed by a variety of executive risk management, CFO and COO in a number of industry sectors.

Pamela holds a Bachelor of Accounting Science from the University of South Africa, in addition to her membership of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Pamela has over 12 years experience in the finance industry in South Africa, the United Kingdom and Australia where she worked with a number of large, multi-national corporations. Pamela joined LLS in 2016.

Linda holds Bachelor of Commerce Degree from University of Sydney and a member of CPA Australia.

Prior to joining Litigation Lending in 2018, Linda has over 10 years of experience working in accounting firms in Australia.
